Thank you to all who have donated children's books to the Friends of the Library! In April 2025 we sent a bunch of donated books to the Casa Hogar de Maria Inmaculada orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico, for the kids there to enjoy.
The ladybug book in particular was a big hit! Your book donations help bring a smile to many faces.
A big thank you to all who came out to support our September 2024 book sale! We are thrilled to have picked up so many new members at the sale, and grateful to our volunteers who made the sale possible.
Thank you to author Kali Fajardo-Anstine for speaking to the Summit County community on Wednesday August 14, 2024.
Kali discussed her book Woman of Light and the importance of capturing our family stories for the One Book One Community event. The event was sponsored in partnership with Park City Library and supported by the Friends of the Library of both Summit County and Park City.
A big thank you for all who came to our May 2024 pop up sale! We think the combo of fewer crowded book racks + a kiddie play area was a winning formula! Thank you to all of our many volunteers who made this possible, we could not have done this without you!
